SHIPPING

If you are wondering about shipping expectations, look no further. Please understand that this is a one-man business so occasionally delays may occur, but 99% of the time, the following will be the case.

Please allow at least 2 full business days for shipments to be completed. This time allotment reduces stress on myself and in return, always me to produce a higher quality product each and every time. 

The shipping cost that you see at checkout is the exact price I pay for shipping your items. Occasionally I actually pay more for shipping than you paid at checkout. I understand that international shipping can be expensive, but I cannot get the prices any lower. 

For international shipments, the buyer is responsible for 100% of any additional fees your country may place on imports such as Customs or Tariff Fees.

International shipments may take 1-3 weeks to arrive! Please check in on the tracking number provided once your package has shipped. If Customs gets involved, it may take longer, however I am not responsible for checking in for Customs. If you don’t see an email with a tracking number, please reach out via DM on Instagram or email and I can provide you with it.

RETURNS

FRN is an extremely small business. I handle returns on a per item basis. Shipping costs can eat into a business so please look at all product descriptions and images before purchasing. ALL RETURNS MUST BE PLACED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE.

For custom items, sales are final. If there is a defect in the item, please send photos and an explanation of what is going on with it. I am more than happy to discuss some possible options with you regarding it. 

For all other items, I can only process returns for items in brand new condition. I make each item by hand, and I try to upload the most accurate photos and descriptions I can for each listing. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to me and a refund will be processed once I have received the item. I cannot refund original shipping costs.

If I have accidentally shipped the wrong product, I will of course replace the product for you and provide a return shipping label for the original product.
